Who picked these 500+ places, and how?
We did — Colleen and Antoine, with Mick. We live in Paris, and every restaurant, hotel, bakery and street-food counter in these guides is one we have been to ourselves. Nothing here came from a press release, an aggregator, or a list of the city's most-reviewed spots. If a place stopped being good, we take it out.
We have been publishing about Paris since 2021, and our YouTube channel has over 400K subscribers. These are the places we send our own friends to, which is the most important test we apply.

Can I use it offline?
Yes! Download the PDFs guides to your phone or laptop before you fly to Paris and they work with no signal and no wifi — in the métro, on the plane, or in the pastry queue. You'll have everything you need, no matter where you are. Our Paris Planning App does require a signal though.
Isn't all of this free online?
Some of it is. Paris is a well loved city, and you can probably find any one of these address on a blog, in a forum thread, or in an AI itinerary.
