About the vineyard, Domaine de la Périnade
Domaine de la Périnade is a family-owned vineyard located in Pezens, about 10 km west of Carcassonne, near the Canal du Midi. Established in 1830, the estate spans 90 hectares, including 52 hectares of contiguous vines. It enjoys a Mediterranean climate with oceanic influences. The domaine produces quality wines, including a 100% Grenache Noir rosé with pale, crystalline tones and aromas of white peach, pomegranate, and citrus, enhanced by hints of licorice and pepper. Their wines are featured in prestigious collaborations, such as a limited edition rosé created with the iconic Crazy Horse Paris cabaret. The estate also offers guided visits and tastings, with the option to create your own wine blend, available by appointment.
